Guaranteed Standards

Reception: Hostels are open to all. If you are not yet, you become a member in the same hostel and book ahead in other hostels. Moreover, in the event of closure for the establishment of the day, you will have access to the areas most needed it.

HI-Q, the Quality Management System HI is a complement to the well established HI guaranteed level of quality and focuses on the administration and operation of shelters. Take the "best practices" of quality systems throughout the world and adapts to the specific needs of the shelters.
HI-Q allows shelters to improve and achieve a consistently high quality standards to guarantee a great experience at the hostel. HI-Q is a long-term program being implemented in HI hostels worldwide. Only those youth who successfully complete the program receive a certificate and may make the distinctive logo of HI-Q. See if you see it in the hostels you visit in the coming months.
